USPA NEWS - French Ministry of Health said on Friday it had recorded 38,619 new clusters in 24h including those in EPHAD (Nursing Homes) and 270 death, as of Sunday November 8, a higher level since May 9, as the number of tests (PCR) carried out during a rolling week. This Sunday, November 8, 2020, there are 40,439 deaths in total. Some hospitals especially, in Ile de France (Paris and suburbs) are already overwhelmed, postponing any surgery in favor of priority to COVId-19 infected patented for the ICU.
